Sales

A. We can handle a maximum lot of 5,000 units per month for lithium battery cases. If you order a prototype, we can usually start mass production immediately.

A. It depends on the product, but our delivery speed is the fastest in the industry. We manufacture products by welding instead of deep-drawing with metal molds. This greatly accelerates production. We will do our best to meet your time constraints, so please consult with us.

A. We have a comprehensive inspection system in place, but in the unlikely event that a product does not meet specifications (based on quoted conditions), our guarantee is limited to delivering a corrected or replacement product.

A. For small-lot shipments of prototypes to small-lot mass production, we ship via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other courier services. Delivery is usually made within a few days after shipment. We will consult with you for large-lot shipments to determine the most appropriate shipping method.

A. No. Many customers request us to manufacture prototypes and other sensitive products. Therefore, we cannot show you our factory for confidentiality reasons.

Technical

A. We can weld a wide variety of materials, mainly stainless steel, aluminum, copper, nickel alloys, and silver.

A. We use GTA, Laser, and spot welding, depending on the target product.

A. To verify the integrity of welds, we perform various inspections, including image measuring instruments, three-dimensional measuring instruments, visual inspection, dimensional inspection using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and various tests (helium leak, penetration, tensile, and hardness). The methodology varies depending on the product specifications. For details, please refer to our Quality Control System.

A. We have a system in place to strictly control each process by creating a work chart and welding procedure manual based on the drawings and instructions provided by the customer. Final inspection and packaging are thoroughly controlled according to our proprietary quality control methodology. We flexibly respond to customer requests, ranging from simple prototypes to mission-critical aerospace applications.
